Information you provide
When you request an estimate or use a project form, you may provide your name, email, phone number, property city and street address, project details and preferences. Plan My Yard can also receive a yard photo and design instructions. Share only information needed for your project and avoid including people, private documents or sensitive details in uploaded photos.
How website features use information
Contact and project inquiries, including any property street address you provide, are sent through Formspree so Landmark can receive and respond to them. The yard visualizer sends submitted images and design instructions to OpenAI to generate a concept. Information is processed by these providers to operate the requested features. A generated concept does not confirm an installation plan, price or appointment.
Analytics and hosting
The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and how pages are used. Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage and collect device, browser and usage information. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request information to deliver and operate the website. Browser settings can limit cookies; some third-party processing is governed by the providers’ own policies.
Contact and requests
Landmark uses submitted contact details to follow up on the requested project. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask about retention, contact landmarklandscapesllc@outlook.com or call 469-492-8450. Include enough context to identify your inquiry without sending sensitive identity documents. Landmark will review your request and any information that must be retained for ongoing work or other obligations.
